Birthday Card for my Sister

I needed to make a birthday card for my only sister for her birthday today and I saw a card on Splitcoasters I think. I wish I had written it down, but the image of the card stuck with me and even though it is not entirely copied, very close. I like to give credit to this fabulous cardmaker and her name is Debby4000. I used the Close to My Heart Art Philosophy to cut the pennants and make them the width for the first one that was cute at 6 inches and then custom cut them down a half inch till the last one was 3.5 inches. I made my card a 6 x 6 square. The paper is a flocked paper from DCWV that I had in my stock from my store. I used a beige cardstock, but aged it with Tim Holtz Antique Linen. The flowers were from Recollections and I rubbed the Antique Linen over them too. I cut out a border from a Martha Stewart punch, added some black satin ribbon and a bow. I stamped it Happy Birthday with the CTMH Celebrations stamp. I just started a Facebook page for this blog and please join me by liking me!
