Silhouette Saturday with My Scrap Chick

Welcome to the Saturday Silhouette project. Next week we will be sharing a blog hop so that will do for my project, more details on that later this week. I am currently working on 2 other designs teams besides my Exploring Cricut and More so I will probably not be doing Saturday projects for the summer unless I can squeeze them in. I love working on crafts, but need some time for my own scrapbooking too!!! Today I am working with My Scrap Chick svg files and this one is called Splash of Summer. I had a few pool pictures from 2011 I needed to finish up and these files were perfect.  They are so easy to cut and put together.  I used some paper in my stash from Queen and Co.  I also used Modge Podge dimensional on the water splashes and water coming from the hose to give it a shiny effect.  Be sure to check out these and other svg files from My Scrap Chick.  Sign up for email and get a freebie every Friday!!!  I am not connected with them in any way, just honest opinion.

Tuesday Post at Exploring Cricut and More

Today over at Exploring Cricut and More I am sharing an anniversary card I made for my husband. Our anniversary was in April and he loves all my cards. He has every card I have given him since we have been married!!! I do not keep cards, but he says he treasures them because I took the time to make it for him. Sweet, so I guess I will keep him lol! I used the Silhouette Cameo and files from the Silhouette store. Loopy Heart card file#11388, Our Aniversary file#17834 and the double hearts were free in the designer software for silhouette. I also used the Cuttlebug to emboss it with dotted folder. I noticed the bow came off after I photographed it!!! Be sure to join us in our "Here Comes Summer" challenge this week!

Silhouette Saturday from the Silhouette Store

Welcome to my Silhouette Saturday project. Today I am sharing two quick and easy cards from the Silhouette Store.  Many years ago I had a daycare for 12 years and when I closed, my last 9 children were starting kindergarten.  I had 6 of the 9 from the time they were born.  This last group are graduating this year and all from the same school.  I have always kept in touch with all the kids over the years and some are college graduates and some are becoming parents now.  I need lots of cards this year, so they will be quick!  For the first card I used the file#59413 and the second card is file#59026.  I only used cardstock for these cards and I can make many different ones.  Not only do I have these 9 graduating, but friends and relatives kids too!  This is my costly year lol.  Thanks for stopping by and stop by the Silhouette Store and check out these and many other graduation cards.  Join me Monday for the challenge at Exploring Cricut and More.

Tuesday Daily Project at Exploring Cricut and More

Today I have the daily project over at Exploring Cricut and More. I made this adorable t-shirt for my little granddaughter who is in her first year of ballet.  I used the files "Twinkle Toes" from Miss Kate Cuttables.  I used HTV from Expressions Vinyl and my FancierStudio heat press.  I used her favorite colors of pinks and purple.  I had never tried to use the images before for a shirt, but it worked fine not using all the layers.  Be sure to enter the challenge this week too.  Thanks for stopping by today and  I will be back again tomorrow with another great project!!!
