Been busy lately, but now I am back to crafting!

I have been so busy rearranging and spring cleaning at the store that I have not had time to craft. I am so glad that I have it finally done. I made a scrapbook page and a card last night. I am looking forward to a weekend of doing nothing but crafting this Saturday evening and Sunday!!!

A layout using a sketch with the Bo Bunny Splendor. The white paper looks like it is coming off the page, but not. Camera does its own tricks LOL.

This is a Cuttlebug card I made for a friend who recently lost a loved one. I love the embossing folders and can't wait till they come out with more!!!

Just a Braggin'

I am so proud of my grandson Cameron, who was one of the Young Achievers in Lexington, Ky. He has accomplished so many things and gotten so many awards in the last couple years. He is my super star! This portrait was in the mall over the weekend, sorry for the glare, but it is not easy taking pictures with mall lights showing in the glass. He also found out yesterday that he will be a ball boy for the State Tournament next week. I know he is so excited and I can see some cool layouts coming!

Time to get to work!

It is time for me to get back to crafting! I have been in a crafters block this week and am glad to see my way out. I completed a few cards this week and a couple of them were for challenges that I did over at Whimsical Scraps and Bugs. I also created a few things for the store too.

This card was for a challenge using black, white with one pop of color and the word Spring....which I would love to see soon!
This is for another challenge at Whimsical Scraps and Bugs. This is for St. Patricks Day.

Love this Bo Bunny Unforgettable papers and it makes a wonderful card! I also love the Calligraphy cartridge too.

Hello Everyone

I was all set to get down to some more work and then I got a call to have our house ready that someone was coming to look at it! No scrapping for me last night, just a night of trying to clean my space and make it presentable. It is almost time for our house to come off contract and I did not think it would be shown anymore, but I guess that is not the case. So I cleaned all the paper scraps off the floor and organized all the shelfs back and now it looks like a nice clean organized room till tomorrow night! Hope the lookers don't think my stuff comes with the house. I did manage to work on putting some pages in albums and thought I was caught up till the end of 2007, and then I found some more from 2005! That is going to be my next thing is to get these pages in albums. I need to order more albums for myself so I can get this accomplished!
Some new papers are coming into the store today so I plan on working on some new layouts this weekend after going to Lexington to see my grandsons picture that is displayed in the mall for being a Jr. Achiever. I am so proud of this boy!
I think that will call for a layout too!

Finally getting something done!

I made pennants for each of the local high schools to display on the table.

I have been working on stuff for the store and not much for me so I thought I would share what I have worked on this last weekend. It is March Madness and in Kentucky it is a big deal! This is a crazy basketball place and my store is getting ready for it. The high school teams are in full force with tournaments so I am ready for all those Mom's to be ready to scrap those pictures. I used Sports Mania for these layouts and love that cartridge!
