My challenge project for Heart2Heart Challenges

I am excited to do my first challenge at Heart2Heart scrapbooking challenges. It is a Close To My Heart site and since my friend Emily sells CTMH, I have several collections of papers in my stash. The trouble with CTMH papers is they are so darn pretty, I hate to use them!! I made myself a vow to start using up instead of collecting or I will be on that TV show Hoarders for my craft room only! They have a sketch and you are to use the sketch and CTMH products. You can get to the site by clicking on the name above or there is a button on my side bar. For my project I used the Aspen collection, two pattern papers and I used the cardstock colonial white, outdoor denim, bamboo, and desert sand. Below the pictures are the cuts I used and what cartridge.

I used Art Philosophy-Close to My Heart to cut circle at 6.5 inches, the lettering at 1.25 inches and 2 inches, and the stars at 1.5 inches and 2 inches.
Sports Mania cartridge-footballs cut at 2.5 inches

  1. Oh, my goodness! Look at all those photos! Your layout is absolutely wonderful! I really must investigate CTMH. I may be the only person in scrapping webspace that hasn't ever used a single item of CTMH! Looks like quality stuff!

  2. Great take on the sketch. Your layout looks really fun. I totally understand the "too pretty to use" thing. I have to force myself to cut up paper, too!
