My Easter Mantel

I did not realize until this week that Easter is upon us and we usually decorate for every holiday so when the grandchildren come and visit that they enjoy it. Truth be known, we love it too! I am going to try to get into my cartridges more and at least two to three times a week create something with a cartridge that I have not used in awhile. With over a collection of almost 200 and many digitals, I should take advantage of all Cricut offers us. I am glad to finally get my replacement E2 and have been playing with it alot. This week I ordered the mini cricut to use at crops and giving my oldest granddaughter my bug which is one of the first machines out! I hope she will enjoy it as much as I have. Today I am exploring a digital cartridge Easter Magic. I have decorated my mantel and used it to decorate my plate and make a banner. I really liked this one and will be using it more for layouts for Easter pictures.

The blocks are from Close To My Heart and I have decorated three sides of them now for the holidays. I cut the square from George and the lettering from Art Philosophy. I had some stickers for the blocks on the end.

The plate is done with the Easter Magic digital cartridge and the Happy Easter is cut at 2.5 inches and the bunny with basket is cut at 5 inches. I used a removable adhesive on the items.

The banner is also done with the Easter Magic digital and I cut the eggs and the bunnies at 5 inches each. The bunnies are dimensionalized too. I hope you have enjoyed seeing my little bit of Easter on my mantel and would love to see what you create too!!!
