Silhouette Saturday with My Scrap Chick

Welcome to the Saturday Silhouette project. Next week we will be sharing a blog hop so that will do for my project, more details on that later this week. I am currently working on 2 other designs teams besides my Exploring Cricut and More so I will probably not be doing Saturday projects for the summer unless I can squeeze them in. I love working on crafts, but need some time for my own scrapbooking too!!! Today I am working with My Scrap Chick svg files and this one is called Splash of Summer. I had a few pool pictures from 2011 I needed to finish up and these files were perfect.  They are so easy to cut and put together.  I used some paper in my stash from Queen and Co.  I also used Modge Podge dimensional on the water splashes and water coming from the hose to give it a shiny effect.  Be sure to check out these and other svg files from My Scrap Chick.  Sign up for email and get a freebie every Friday!!!  I am not connected with them in any way, just honest opinion.

Silhouette Saturday from the Silhouette Store

Time for another Saturday Silhouette project. I promise this is the last graduation card lol.  I know I have done several, but this one was another simple one.  Normally I am not the card maker, but do enjoy doing it when I am not scrapbooking!!  This is from the Silhouette store and is file#56665  Loved this easy card!!  Just used cardstock.  In yesterdays post, I listed some stamps and books for sale.  Most of this stuff is from when I had my store and all the details are on the page.  I will be leaving them a couple days before I list on ebay.  Have a super and safe holiday!

Spring Has Sprung

Happy Wednesday!!!Today I am  sharing another post at PPBN Designs with you today!  I picked the files Spring Has Sprung.  I loved all the elements that came with this set and it made such a cute layout of my little granddaughter smelling her grandfathers roses.  I picked colors that were perfect for the Spring season and this made a great page.  These files can be used for so many different ideas.  Be sure to stop over to the store at www.ppbndesigns.com and check out all the great collections.

Tuesday Post at Exploring Cricut and More

Today over at Exploring Cricut and More I am sharing an anniversary card I made for my husband. Our anniversary was in April and he loves all my cards. He has every card I have given him since we have been married!!! I do not keep cards, but he says he treasures them because I took the time to make it for him. Sweet, so I guess I will keep him lol! I used the Silhouette Cameo and files from the Silhouette store. Loopy Heart card file#11388, Our Aniversary file#17834 and the double hearts were free in the designer software for silhouette. I also used the Cuttlebug to emboss it with dotted folder. I noticed the bow came off after I photographed it!!! Be sure to join us in our "Here Comes Summer" challenge this week!

Snapdragon Snippets Blog Post

Welcome to another post for Snapdragon Snippets. Today I am sharing this quick and easy graduation card that you can complete in just minutes.  This year I have so many to make so I like being able to put them together quickly.  This file is #26999 and can be purchased in the Silhouette Store.  I just used cardstock from Michaels and added a little diamond stickles to the tassle to give it some bling!!!  I stamped it and embossed with white embossing powder.  The stamp was one in my collection.

Time for a Challenge at Exploring Cricut and More!

Today we have another challenge at Exploring Cricut and More. "Here comes Summer" is the theme of our challenge this time. You are to create a card, layout, or paper craft celebrating all the wonderful things of summer and must include the colors red and blue!  So easy.  I created this two page layout using Miss Kate Cuttables I Love Summer file.  Join us in this challenge by Saturday, May 24 .
