New challenge at Exploring Cricut

Welcome! Today we are having a challenge over at Exploring Cricut. This challenge is to celebrate the 4th of July or for our Canadian friends, Canada Day.  You are to create a card, layout, or papercraft using a flag.  Very simple and easy.  I used for my layout the cartridges Stand & Salute, Independence Day. Phrases, and Kate's ABC's.  Be sure to join us and link by Saturday, July 6 and check out what my other DT members have created to share.  Below are my cuts and details.

                             Stand and Salute-  star border cut at 1.75 inches, 4 pieces welded in Gypsy

                                                          firework cut at 4 inches

                             Phrases-               4th of July cut at 2.75 inches

                             Independence Day- flags cut at 2.5 inches

                                                            firecracker cut at 2.5 inches

                             Kate's ABC's-        Words cut at .75 and 1 inch in shadow

                             Pattern Paper-Stemma (in stash)

                             Cardstock-Michaels and Bazzill

                             Stickles
