This challenge we are focusing on the cartridge
Celebrations over at
Exploring Cricut. The image we are using is on page 111 the candy. I made a box with the designs. Below my pictures are the directions for my project. Please join us this week with your creation and be sure to check out all the DT members blogs for directions of their fabulous projects!!!
I got a paper mache box from Michaels or Hobby Lobby and gave it a base coat of white paint. I used Christmas paper for the top and the bottom of the box from Moxxie. I cut my candy for the sides of the box at 5 inches and I used some red fun flock to make the candy stand out a little. The top of the box is decorated with 10 inch cuts of the candy. I tied ribbons and added some trim. This was a fast project to make and will hold some candy for a gift at the holidays!

It turned out really cute! What a nice gift it would make for teachers!
