Still going through stuff!
So far I have been closed a week, but have not been able to craft anything yet. I did manage to go and spend the night with my granddaughter in Lexington, grandson went to friends, so it was a great time. Kate and I had some girl time with lunch and a little shopping. She is not the shopper at all, but she managed to get a few things. I am still going through boxes of stuff I need to sort through to keep or get rid of. It seems like everything is getting stuck in my scrap room for now, but that will get cleaned soon and then maybe I can get back to business. I think I am really going to like retirement when I get all these projects finished!!!

It's done!
Today is a day of very mixed emotions for me. I closed my scrapbook store and will miss all the wonderful friends I have made over the last six years. I am excited to start a new chapter of my life called retirement. Not sure how soon it will start since I do have many things to finish up, but can't wait to get to crafting and having a great time with my family. Being tied to a store 6 days a week, sometimes 80 hours a week, can take it toll on the old girl, but I loved every minute of it. Hopefully, this economy will turn around and people will have more money to spend in my little town. I have no regrets, I love what I do and even if I say so myself, I was darn good at it! Thanks to all that supported me. I love you all!

Just a few projects.
I am really busy with the closing of my scrapbook store, but here are a few projects I have done recently for my granddaughter Peyton's first birthday. I love using my cricut and now that I am retiring, I plan on making so many more projects and getting some of my scrapbooking completed.
I just bought a bag at Walmart and decorated it with her favorite Sesame St. friends.
