Card for my Mother in Law

Hi everyone, hope you are enjoying some nice weather where you live. Today I am sharing a card that I made my Mother in law for her birthday this weekend.  She  loves when I make her cards so I wanted to make her something special.  I did not write down measurements, but I used the Elegant Edges and Art Philosophy cartridges.  I also used my cuttlebug quite a bit on this card which I love how it looks.  I even embossed some of the flowers before I rolled them.  I sprayed them with vanilla smooch for a glimmer effect.  For the leaves I used a old Martha Stewart punch, some pearls from Kaiser Craft.  The background paper is the last piece of something in my stash which I loved and not sure the brand.

Tuesday Daily project at Exploring Cricut

Welome. Today I have the daily project over at Exploring Cricut. Our 3 year old granddaughter is playing her first year of soccer and my husband is her coach and wants me to take pictures of each game and make each child a little memory book to be presented at the end of the season. I am glad there are only 6 little ones lol. I just made a sample of what I might do and he likes this, so we will probably go with it.  I used the cartridges Pooh Font, Sports Mania and Everyday Paper Dolls.  Below are the details.  I know I have been lacking in doing projects, but going to try to get some ready before the weekend because it looks like we are painting before new carpet will be put in!  Head over to Exploring Cricut and join our challenge too!
